INSTALLATION AND USE
Match the chassis, engine, gearbox input spline and release system before ordering. Fit the supplied clutch and flywheel as a matched assembly. Inspect the clutch fork and pivot ball for wear and follow TSB-269. Follow TSB-174: friction-disc orientation; this conversion requires the spring cage towards the flywheel. Fit the new release bearing onto the existing carrier as instructed in TSB-TB02. Follow TSB-SMF02: single-mass flywheel conversion. A single-mass flywheel can increase gearbox rollover noise and transmitted engine harmonics. Follow the supplied bedding-in instructions. The supplier torque rating does not establish a safe limit for other drivetrain components.
