Brake caliper check
Step 1
After you have received your disk type drawing. Print a copy of the drawing, making sure that the “Page Scaling” is set at “none.”
(or make sure “Scale” is at “100%”)
Step 2
Check dimensions both vertically and horizontally to confirm it has been printed to scale.
Step 3
Cut the drawing on the dotted line, NOT ON THE WHEEL DESIGN. It is important to keep a margin to avoid contact between the wheel and the brakes.
Step 4
Glue the drawing to a stiffer piece of material such as a manila folder to make the template easier to use.
Step 5
Finish by cutting directly along the dotted line.
Step 6
Apply the template to the brake disc. Make sure it is perfectly centered.
Step 7
Verify that the edge of the caliper does not touch the template. In this case, the caliper comes too close to pierce bolts (it touches the template), So we need to test fit a Tdisk instead.
Step 8
Send your photos to info@radaauto.ee so we can confirm the disk type for you and you are finished!
