PURCHASED PARTS PACKAGE Twin-plate clutch assembly with two rigid organic friction discs, intermediate plate and clutch cover, matching single-mass flywheel, release bearing, pilot bearing, bolts and alignment tool.
INSTALLATION AND USE Match the chassis, engine code, gearbox input spline, flywheel and release system before ordering. Fit the supplied components as a matched assembly and follow the supplied installation and bedding-in instructions. Inspect the clutch fork and pivot ball for wear and follow TSB-269 and TSB-166: 230 mm twin-plate installation. The floating intermediate plate can rattle when the clutch is disengaged. A single-mass flywheel can increase gearbox rollover noise and transmitted engine harmonics. The supplier torque rating does not establish a safe limit for other drivetrain components.
