Xtreme Clutch 230 mm organic twin-plate clutch kit for the listed BMW M135i (F20). Supplied with a matching single-mass flywheel for high-power street applications. Rigid organic discs give a more direct engagement than a standard single-plate clutch.

PURCHASED PARTS PACKAGE Single-mass flywheel, two organic friction discs, intermediate plate, main pressure-plate casting, clutch cover, release bearing, bolts and alignment tool.
INSTALLATION AND USE Follow the fitting and bedding-in instructions for the exact kit. Check installed clutch height and release clearance before use. The clutch torque rating does not establish a safe limit for other drivetrain components. Inspect the clutch fork and pivot ball for wear before fitting. The floating intermediate plate can rattle when the clutch pedal is pressed; this is an expected characteristic of this design. Follow TSB-166 for assembly sequence, disc orientation and installed-height checks. Single-mass conversion can increase gearbox noise at idle or under low-speed load. The release bearing must be fitted in the orientation shown in TSB-214.
