HKS replacement piston kits for specific engine builds. Choose the engine, bore size and matching crankshaft/connecting-rod specification: standard-stroke pistons and stroker-kit pistons are not interchangeable.
FITMENT The Model selector identifies the engine and intended build. Chassis and production years alone are insufficient for a rebuilt or engine-swapped car; match the HKS part number to the actual internal components.
SPECIFICATIONS
EJ20 92.5 mm: separate 2.2L-stroker and standard-stroke versions.
4G63 2.3L: 85.5 mm or 86 mm bore options.
4B11 86.5 mm: separate standard-stroke and HKS 2.2L versions.
SR20DET 2.2L: 86.5 mm STEP1 or 87 mm STEP2 versions.
RB26DETT: piston component for the HKS 2.8L STEP2 build.
VR38DETT: 95.5 mm piston component for the STEP2 piston-and-rod package 21004-AN017.
2JZ-GTE: 87 mm bore; compatible with VVT-i applications.
FA20 2.1L: 86 mm high- or low-compression versions.
INSTALLATION NOTES These options are piston kits, not complete stroker packages. The specified crankshaft and rods are separate. For example, SR20DET 21003-AN001 requires HKS crankshaft 23006-AN001 and rods 23004-AN001 and is not compatible with standard rods. Follow the corresponding manual for machining, ring gaps and piston clearances; do not choose a piston solely by bore diameter.
