HKS vehicle-specific oil cooling kits add heat-exchanger capacity for sustained engine load. Choose the correct chassis and kit: mounting position, core size and compatibility with the factory cooler vary by application.

Installation notes
GDB: C–E kit is for October 2002–July 2005; F kit is for June 2005–May 2006. F excludes Spec C and factory fog lamps, and requires washer/intercooler-spray tank changes. Sandwich-plate sender clearance is restricted.
GRB: requires a separate Racing Suction intake. Oil-pressure/temperature senders cannot be fitted to the attachment because of clearance.
FK8: not compatible with Honda Sensing. Bumper, inner-fender and brake-duct modifications are required.
Evolution IX: designed for HKS intercooler piping; standard piping needs modification. The spray tank needs moving or replacing.
Evolution X: factory oil lines and bracket require modification; factory fog lamps cannot be retained.
Z33: VQ35DE only. Inner-fender modification is required; the rear-window washer cannot be used.
Z34: single-core kit excludes Version NISMO.
86/BRZ 15004-AT010: naturally aspirated applications only; BRZ automatic compatibility is unconfirmed.
86/BRZ 15004-AT011: pre-facelift fender layout; BRZ automatic compatibility is unconfirmed. The later 15004-AT012 layout excludes fog lamps and the BRZ LED accessory liner. Both require radiator-support and cover modifications.
15004-AN004 — Skyline GT-R BCNR33 RB26DETT engine; January 1995–January 1997. Not compatible with vehicles produced from February 1997 with xenon headlights. S-type kit with a 200 × 220 × 48 mm, 15-row core, mounted inside the left bumper; #12 hoses. Prepare new engine oil and a new oil filter for installation.
Manufacturer batch notice HKS issued a June 2023 notice for certain 15004-AF010, 15004-AN024 and 15004-AT010 kits shipped from HKS during April–May 2023, with packaging LOT No. matching “## 04 23”. The notice concerns hoses potentially separating from their fittings. It applies to the identified production batch, not every unit of these part numbers. Check the packaging lot before installation. If it matches the affected batch, do not use the kit; for an installed affected kit, stop using the vehicle and arrange replacement parts through HKS or the supplying dealer.
