HKS S-type oil cooler kit for the G16E-GTS-powered GR Yaris. The compact turn-flow core mounts in front of the radiator.

PURCHASED PARTS PACKAGE Turn-flow oil cooler core, billet-aluminium oil-filter mount / sandwich plate, oil filter 52009-AK009, two aluminium pipes, four oil hoses, mounting brackets, seals and fitting hardware.
INSTALLATION AND USE Professional installation is required. The HKS instructions remove the front bumper absorber and trim the radiator upper air guide and intake duct. Allow approximately 0.5 litre of additional engine oil and set the final level using the dipstick. Use HKS oil filter Type 5, 52009-AK009, for subsequent filter changes.
MANUFACTURER BATCH NOTICE HKS’s June 2023 notice covers certain 15004-AT013 kits shipped during April–May 2023 with packaging LOT No. matching “## 04 23”. Their hoses may separate from the fittings. Check the lot label before installation. Do not use an affected kit; if already installed, stop using the vehicle and arrange replacement parts through HKS or the supplying dealer.
