The top mount is a component that is interposed between the shock and the body of the vehicle. the replacement of the rubber with a ball joint allows to increase the steering precision and a better functioning of the spring-damper.
Our kit allows you to adjust the camber angle up to around -3° and to increase caster angle of 1.5° with respect to the original value.

In order to improve the steering precision and the structural strength of the system, in particular in the case of rigid springs set up, it is recommended to replace this with a motorsport type one: the replacement of the rubber with a ball joint allows to increase the steering precision and a better functioning of the spring-damper that will not work on rubber any more. Our kit allows you to adjust the camber angle up to around -3° too: the increase of this angle will get the best wheel contact to the ground.
Caster angle can be adjusted too increasing its value of about 1.5°, this will allow more grip of the internal tire. In general the top mount will improve the handling, steering response and suspension precision.
The kit includes a particular sistem that will pre-serve the uniball life against dirt and water. This kit kit permits to use the stock steering bearings in order to eliminate noises during steering.
N.B. This kit will fit any "coilover" type and stock shock absorber.
