Xtreme Clutch Stage 2 sprung ceramic replacement kit for an existing KTY25502-1* single-mass conversion. Uses a ceramic friction disc for higher heat resistance.

REQUIRES AN EXISTING XTREME CONVERSION
This service kit only fits the single-mass flywheel from an Xtreme Clutch KTY25502-1* conversion kit. It does not include a flywheel and is not a direct replacement for the original dual-mass setup.

Match the exact engine, manual gearbox, input-shaft spline and flywheel arrangement before ordering. Automatic-transmission applications are excluded. The existing conversion flywheel must be identified before selecting this replacement kit.

INSTALLATION AND USE
For this conversion family, ACS bulletin TSB-174 specifies that the disc spring cage faces the flywheel. Incorrect orientation can damage the clutch and transmission. Follow TSB-TY09 for the TB45006 pull-type release-bearing assembly; it documents washer, shim, bearing and retaining-clip orientation. A single-mass conversion can increase gearbox rattle and transmitted engine harmonics. Follow the supplied instructions for fastening, alignment, release-system assembly and bedding in. The kit torque rating is the supplier's specification; it does not establish a safe limit for the gearbox or other drivetrain components.
