INSTALLATION AND USE
Match the chassis, engine code, gearbox input spline, flywheel and release system before ordering. Fit the supplied components as a matched assembly and follow the supplied installation and bedding-in instructions. Inspect the clutch fork and pivot ball for wear and follow TSB-269 and TSB-166: 230 mm twin-plate installation. The floating intermediate plate can rattle when the clutch is disengaged. A single-mass flywheel can increase gearbox rollover noise and transmitted engine harmonics. Ceramic friction material can engage more abruptly than an original road clutch. The supplier torque rating does not establish a safe limit for other drivetrain components.
