Xtreme Clutch Stage 2R sprung ceramic clutch kit for the listed Audi TT RS 2.5 Quattro (8J). Designed for motorsport applications requiring increased heat and torque capacity. Includes a single-mass flywheel conversion and concentric slave cylinder.

PURCHASED PARTS PACKAGE Heavy-duty pressure plate, sprung ceramic friction disc, matching flywheel and concentric slave cylinder (CSC), with the fitting components shown in the supplier photograph.
INSTALLATION AND USE Follow TSB-226 for disc orientation, assembly sequence and installed-clutch checks. Follow the supplied bedding-in instructions. Inspect the flywheel, gearbox spline and release system before fitting. Handle and bleed the concentric slave cylinder according to TSB-167; avoid over-pressurising or over-stroking it. The supplier clutch torque rating does not establish a safe limit for other drivetrain components. Replacing the dual-mass flywheel can increase gearbox noise at idle or under low-speed load. Engagement can be more direct than with a standard sprung organic clutch.
